Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (during the business week). However, during higher volume periods such as sales or new product releases, please allow a few extra business days for your order to ship. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Returns (US + Canada)

We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a size exchange is to schedule a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the $9 return shipping fee. No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted outside of the US & Canada at this time.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of international shipments. In unique circumstances we do offer site credit. Please contact us with you order # and corresponding email address.
